Our charges will be agreed percentage rate of commission as stated, multiplied by the total price payable by the purchaser/s of the property including any sums payable for fixtures and fittings or any other items.
It is the intention of Property Express to offer its full range of services including Estate Agency and Financial Services to all clients and prospective purchasers/ tenants; if any referral fee is received by Property Express, we shall inform any parties concerned prior to this taking place. We receive no referral fees if we recommend a Solicitor.
